My best memory at primary school would have to be my prep teacher Miss McCluskey and my grade one teacher Miss Richards, they were great but they have left the school now.  My friends from last year that have gone to high school were also a great memory.  My favourite subject was sport.

My favourite memory was last year at the sports and Aquatic centre.  The reason it was the best was because I got to spend more time with my friends then ever before.

Another favourite memory was surprising Miss Geerts when it was her birthday we had chocolate mud cake.

My favourite memory was grade 4 camp, because we got to go canoing and go up steep and slippery hills. My second favourite memory was swimming in prep, because my mum got to come and watch me and I also got to play fun water games.

When i went to primary school I always loved sport. I think my favourite childhood memory was being made captain of the school football team. To be honest with you, I couldn’t even kick a football but my teacher still made me feel really special! The fact that i couldn’t kick a football was irrelevent, I felt special anyway, and it was something i had never experiences before. My mum and Nana came to watch me play, and they took photos which I still have to this day. I look back on my primary school years as one of the best stages in my life. I hope you will have as many good memories about primary school as i do.

This week the students have been lucky enough to have a short week and have arrived back today bright and bubbly after a long weekend. On Friday of this week, the 7th November, most grade 6 children will be heading off to Toomuc reserve to play against others school in our Summer Lightening premiership. Hopefully great results together with great sportsmanship will make a great day out for the students. Lets just hope the rain holds off for us.
